ask the airline is the best advice but I have a friend and he flys to Bangkok on a 1 way ticket (Qatar airlines) and when he wants to come back home he buys a 1 way ticket back also the tickets from Thailand are cheaper going back home than buying from you home country
but isn't it called a spouse visa but you have to be married but firstly get the non o visa this is what I am doing as for the spouse visa you only need 400k baht in the bank not 800k baht with a no o retirement visa ..I my have got it wrong but this is what I was told as doing this in October ( I have my non o visa )
I have an agent now to process my tm30/thai driving licence and open a bank account 9000THB plus what ever the licence and processing the immigration so not a bad price for the 1st time just waiting for my non o visa which I should get by Wednesday
I see that agents meet you at the immigration office and I know that helps I am in samui the 1st week but as my mother in law lives in Khon Buri I heard I have to do it in the area and may need the house book but my name is not in there ...but I do have my Thai marriage certificate and my wife will be with me with her id card
would love to know what agents that were at korat as I have googled there was 1 called knight visa I think they are called and they cant be bothered to reply on line maybe of my non o visa application being proceeding
