Didnt get asked a single question on entry. Said Hi, handed over passport and printed visa, scanned fingerprints, smiled and stamped 😊

🤞🤞 yes! I'm sure that will help! ...might be worth putting a statement to say should they need further specific information not included in the business portfolio please specify. Good luck 🤞

Your company registration on a government website maybe? In the UK its Companies house not sure if you have something similiar in US.

Then maybe make a template business portfolio of all company details, how long you have been operating, how many clients, average income etc etc and some further examples of work with the invoices. You can use Ai/chatgpt for template maybe?

Think of the information you would show off if you were selling your business. And too much info isn't a thing they will sift through what they dont want to see 👍 hope that helps. They want to see its a successful currently running business that belongs to you, so definitely show where it is registered in your name too if you have this. 👌

The visa is valid for 5 years from the day of being issued.

Everytime you enter Thailand with your DTV you will have 180days stamp, you can choose to either extend the 180days at the immigration office or you can leave the kingdom and do a "border run" and come back in and get your next 180days.

To apply for the visa you must meet the criteria you dont have to be signing up for muay thai for 5yrs. As long as you have booked an initial course of a few months (i think 4-5months is best so you are showing the need for a longer visa than usual)

At the moment once youve met the criteria there has been no asking of resubmitted all the evidence if you leave the country but if you ectend you must prove everything again that you still meet the criteria.

Soft power has included muay thai, cooking classes and medical treatment. All of which must be booked in advance and show evidence of at time of applying. Hope that helps

How I made sense of the information was that the requirement to file a tax return at the revenue office is still present, they will then take in all evidence and consider the DTA of your home country and credits to determine what is owed under Thai Tax liabilities?

As for the 500k in your account many have been approved by UK embassy when they have only moved the money in within the same month (myself included) then supportwd by the other financial docs you mentioned

Get a revolut account. Transfer when you need to from santander, will just be a normal uk to uk account they wont know you where you are

When you apply it will ask you for details of where you are staying and the flight details. It doesnt initially ask for proof of either so inputting where you intend on staying and your intended flight should be enough, however some people are then later asked to provide the proof of booking both or either. So be prepared to provide if asked for. It will depend on the type of dtv and embassy you apply for.

It depends which embassy you are applying to. Some want the 3 months others (defo UK) dont mind if its only been put in same day. As long as the money is in a personal current account in your name.
