Im trying to line up somewhere to rent on my first DTV entry. Does anyone have any recommendations of finding rental spaces for 6 months? Or even month to month. I've been searching on fazwaz and thailand property. Just wondered if there are any others? I am thinking of maybe 2 months in Bangkok and 4months in Phuket on the DTV.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is looking for rental options for a six-month stay in Thailand, specifically two months in Bangkok and four months in Phuket on a DTV visa. They've already tried platforms like Fazwaz and Thailand Property and are seeking additional recommendations. Comments include a suggestion for RentHub and the Property Hub app, as well as an offer of a condo for rent from another user.

you should check your contract to see if it can be sub-let because if it can and you get caught your contract will get terminated and you will lose your deposit

Make sure the owner allows you to sublease. Some tenants who subleased their condos were expelled for breaking their contracts.
