So guests staying over vs roommates is a landlord issue, easier to ask for forgiveness than it is for permission

Anonymous participant extra guests add to electricity, water, wear and tear, possible noise and attraction by the condo managers if someone complains about disturbances. Just avoid partying and be respectful to other residents. Keep the stays short

No this isn’t allowed. I had my parents stay with me and immigration police showed up and deported me and my parents. Definitely have them stay separate if you want to avoid being blacklisted for 5 years.

No they aren't allowed. Thai law states they have to live in your garden and not a spare bedroom....
