Residence certificate valid for a month(28 days). So can get anytime to avoid last minute. Maybe misunderstanding your Q though

Vietname and Myamar tricky. Need official guide and Myanmar land border only open to Thais / Burmese I believe . Rest Ok, as long as bike is yours and paperwork ready
