Single entry one year non b can get a re-entry permit at the airport or.at immigration 1900 baht if I'm not mistaken

After 90 days you go do border bounce in and out then get another 90 days

Overstay at the price of thousands and be listed just to do a border bounce... i think not better just do the bounce

I dont know what coumtry your from so this might be different. When i did my thai license i had to go to my embassy which is british get a letter from them saying that the addreas i lived was.correct then get a medical letter from doctor say you need it for the license. Once you.have both go.to the nearest license office to you do the simplr tests they put you through and if you pass all get the license. Cant remember pricies as this was about two years ago. The first license you get is one year then you get 5 years after that. Hope this helps
