One can always rely on governments to take a seemingly simple process and make it complicated and difficult.

I spoke with koh samui immigration on the phone and they say cannot do if she has an Ed visa. They say she needs to get a non o from an overseas embassy before they can issue an extension based on my over 50 extension. I want to keep her legal but maybe the best way is just let the covid extension she has expire and let her go on overstay.

if it is samui, you can call first on 077-423-440 and give them the hand written number on the under consideration stamp and they will let you know if it’s ready or when you can pick it up. When you call listen to the options in Thai and then just stay on the line and eventually it will ring and you can speak to a real person.

What is “the registration code” ? I have a screen shot of my details that have been registered in the system. Is this ok?

Just get a fiber connection at home. 1gb connection for around 600 a month. Easy to do.

Papers from your school should be enough but maybe this bank also requires a resident letter from immigration as “proof”of address.
