Dear Visa seeking folks! For amnesty extension at Samui immigration you will need;

Your landlord to complete the TM30 registration on the immigration website, and bring with you the registration code - ideally as screenshot (this is a new and essential step!)

Three forms, all of which you can obtain here at immigration.

1 x passport pic.

Copies of passport I.D. page, tm6 form, and your last entry stamp, all must be signed and dated(you an do here at immigration)

Fee of 1,900b

After submission you will be able to return after lunch to collect.

You will receive a 14 day visa and will then need to return in 2 weeks when your “under consideration” stamp will be converted to the full 60-days.

Good luck! 🙏🏻💕

Sorry, do you mean sign and date them (ID and TM6) at immigration not before?

Thank you for the useful immigration re TM30! My landlord is sorting now 🙏

What is “the registration code” ? I have a screen shot of my details that have been registered in the system. Is this ok?

@Martin *******
- Screen shot should be OK, but have a hard copy of it with you. They will want to look at the proof.
