Dear Visa seeking folks! For amnesty extension at Samui immigration you will need;
Your landlord to complete the TM30 registration on the immigration website, and bring with you the registration code - ideally as screenshot (this is a new and essential step!)
Three forms, all of which you can obtain here at immigration.
1 x passport pic.
Copies of passport I.D. page, tm6 form, and your last entry stamp, all must be signed and dated(you an do here at immigration)
Fee of 1,900b
After submission you will be able to return after lunch to collect.
You will receive a 14 day visa and will then need to return in 2 weeks when your “under consideration” stamp will be converted to the full 60-days.
