Hello everyone!

I am due to report my 90 days ( first time ) and obviously online system isn’t operational. I currently hold a non immigrant O ( married to Thai) multiple entry visa valid for 1 year.

I went to the local immigration office in prachuap this morning and the person at the immigrations office told me that I had to leave the country and come back and get a stamp from the airport customs... she also gave me another option which is to change my current visa to a « visiting Thai family » visa (60 days validity)... or, supporting a Thai wife visa which required the 400k in the bank etc.

As for now, I cannot go with that option because my 90 days is due in 2 days May 13.

I have reached out to the Thai embassy where I initially got my non immigrant O visa and they told me that i didn’t have to go out of the country to report my 90 days.

Needless to say, this situation got me really confused, I am trying to do everything possible to meet the rules and regulations but this seems like total none sense..

Did anyone ever have this kind of issue? Can anyone tell me What options I have ?

Thank you all so Much!

Howdy 🤠

Anyone know how far after the 15th you can go into Imm to get your offical 60 days stamp? I was thinking the 17th...that’d be fine yeah?

Thanks! 🙏
