I bet they want the lease to prove your residence—so the immigration certificate of residence would be fine. Just head to your nearest mall that has several banks. This will help in the future as sometimes you can only do certain things at your home branch. The banks in malls are open all the time versus the big banks in standalone buildings. In Bangkok you would need to go to immigration in Chaeng wathanna—u could just pay the agent (like Thai visa center) to get the certificate, which is what I did. You will need a tm30 from the owner of your Airbnb. The cost is just 4,000 approx. doing it yourself of course saves money but u also waste half a day and then another few hours later to pick up the cert. for me, paying is worth it since I’d rather be doing work online versus sitting in traffic or waiting at immigration. My card expired a year ago, so I’ve just been using cardless ATM ever since. If your banking app is working but ur ATM is gone, just live without a card and go digital.

I’m originally on a Non B but extended for Thai family. It is 100 possible, though I don’t the OP did the same.

Also, if your last extension on the non B was to support Thai wife, you can stay until the stamped date.Sounds like this isn’t the case though…

definitely frustrating — consider it a loss this time. It’s just 10k thb and not worth legal issues. Head to Hanoi after the tourist visa expires and it should be fine, assuming the financials are good. Karma will eventually get the gym back.

I was sued and ended up 6m jail but got suspended probation, but I also had another related case open, which I won and was more than what I paid. Still, it wasn’t worth it with the scare of real prison time.
