thank you. My lawyer told me I have to leave the country to get a new visa (?) Anyway I need a mini holiday 😂

Apparently her husband can do it. At one point they told me any Thai friend of mine can fill out the power of attorney. I was obviously confused by that as I said it has to be the owner of the house to sign it. And they said, no, anyone can do it and pretend it's her 🤦

Eventually I spoke to the nice guy who told me I need new documents (the Tambien Baan doesn't match the ID card) and to come back tomorrow and just go straight to see him, not the other guys. He says I don't need chanote. At least he's trying to help!

! I think my Non B is valid until 3 Jan so I can border bounce somewhere more exciting for new years rather than going to Penang for a new visa 😁 You're much more helpful than my lawyer 😂
