Could you please confirm this for me if you can? I am on a SE Non immigrant visa I obtained in the UK (expires 6 Jan) I need to go to Singapore on Tues and my lawyer told me I need re entry stamp to come back on same non O visa. That's fine but when I went to immigration they said I also need docs to get certificate of residence (Thai owner ID card, house registration, rental contract etc) and gave me a form to fill (notification form for house-master). Is this TM30? I moved into my house 1 month ago and so now concerned I might get fined for not getting certificate of residence earlier, or should my landlady have done it? (I'm in Phuket) Thanks for any advice 🙏

Yeah they're very strict. And oftentimes just randomly close without warning..

Yep he's just told me he got that one too. I think just concerned about coming back in 2 days but if he has a flight to the USA within 30 days he should be fine

Thanks Tod, thats what I thought too. I think maybe he got mixed up. They didn't ask him anything. He last went to immigration on 8th which is weird it is stamped 5th but maybe they forgot to change the stamp
