The group of volunteers that have been working at CM immigration during the lockdown have been incredible. Knowledgeable, helpful and dare I say, sympathetic.
They'll always have their jobs. I think they are just not as stressed. Could you imagine working there with long lines of people all complaining about some policy you have no control over. Couldn't pay me enough to do that thankless job.
Yeah... did my non-o extension a few weeks ago...showed up at 10 am and it took 30 minutes. They were quite friendly too...not having to deal with so much stress.
