yes its the people who stay for 60 days, get a 30 day extension and repeat. They are clearly staying fulltime and Thailand is sick of it. There are enough visa options, choose one.

couldn't she apply to get the kids Thai Passports therefore negating the need for visas for them. As stated she can get a non-o based on thai husband or based on thai kids once they have thai passport.
