Nikolina Lisko i don't work for immigration or the Dept of home affairs, but i would assume if they deem you to be using tourist visas the way they wasn't designed.for, then I'm guessing that's when it go's pear shaped.

Previous reports people have had everything, apart from a flight home.

Maybe using the same criteria as Penang? Any visa history, you need a flight home.

Nobody knows though. None of us are privy to immigration internal memoranda.
