1000%. People just act like they aren’t the cause. You have family but didn’t do the right thing. That makes no sense to me. Most adjusts are just travelers who want to stay and have no tie to Thailand.

Jumping across the border simply to renew your exempt statutes is and has been illegal. Maybe not enforced, but still illegal. No it’s not the crime of the century but the laws states you can’t do it!

The law allows for travelers to come and go, bouncing across borders. But you were simply doing it to avoid getting the proper visa and stay in their country for longer than permitted. I get it, cheap, pretty woman, 7-11, bar life, no taxes, wrecking scooters…
