Anonymous participant wife or husband can. Show marriage certificate. GF is harder. One person on here said he did it, but I have my doubts.

- but what visa were you posting about when you said “medical visas are granted for people who had an accident or ill Heath whilst here in Thailand”? Also, doesn’t the DTV have a medical option and that is a 5 year visa?

the poster is not asking about themselves, who have DTV visas, but their children,, who would be entering on visa exemption. Nothing in the visa entry conditions state anything about traveling with visa exempt children

- It has nothing to do with the DTV visa, but a requirement for residing in Thailand. DTV information is going to just tell you about DTV related details

- That states “current location” not location in Thailand. As you know, you can’t apply for this visa while in Thailand. Many embassies have moved to the e-visa system, and therefore #3 is to prove that you are actually in the country that the embassy you are applying through is. So is you are applying via the consulate in Hong Kong, you need to show your hotel details for Hong Kong, or entry documents into Hong Kong, etc. #3 isn’t really a requirement if you are applying in person at a consulate, because you being at the consulate is proof in of itself that you are present in that country.

- it isn’t a requirement everywhere, that is why I am confused. I have a DTV since August and didn’t show anything to prove stay in Thailand, except on the form it asked for an address and entry date, but no documents.
