I think you'd have to travel through a few dark red zones, so there's a good possibility you'll get stopped at a checkpoint. If you have an essential reason for travel and you have an authority from the district office where you currently are located you should be ok. Buriram I think are quite strict, you may have to do 14 days self-isolation
