Just saw this online and wondering if anyone else can verify. Does this mean a PCR test is now required for everyone? Also does this mean anyone traveling from Bangkok must be vaccinated to travel to Phuket?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Travelers from dark red and red zones to Phuket are required to be fully vaccinated and also present a negative COVID-19 test (RT-PCR or Rapid). Those coming from other zones may only need one of the two: either proof of vaccination or a negative test. There is ongoing discussion regarding vaccination requirements, with some suggesting that those recovered from COVID-19 within the last 90 days may not need to show proof of vaccination.

Is there anywhere you can fly from that's not a red zone .

Andrew Hodge. There's only a handful of flights at the moment and they're all from Bangkok, so entry at the moment is very restrictive. They want the sandbox to work, so they've put up the shutters.
correct. I just omitted that part because it's probably not relevant for most people.

2 shots of sinovac or 1 shot of AstraZeneca (no less than 14 days) and no problem to go in Phuket, if nothing as mention before a covid test is required to enter Phuket

As of today. Dark red and red zones must be vaccinated. An earlier report stated that over 400 people were turned back at the bridge today
I never said anything about a 3rd shot. I posted it because you said being fully vaccinated is sufficient, but it's not when traveling from those zones. A test is also required.

Travis Booth. I was actually replying to the poster's question about vaccination. He asked if a third shot was required. I said "fully vaccinated" is sufficient in response to his question. He didn't appear to be querying the test
