that is where you are wrong. They will not accept anything but embassy endorsed income for the first year.

It doesn't matter if he already had 12 months of transfers.

This is why people get trapped.

At some point they have to have the 800k first.

UNLESS their embassy will income certify.

It all starts with 800k.

You must have :

800k 2 mths before application

800k 3 mths after approval

400k all year NEVER below.

You will not be able to prove that.

This is how you get stuck with an agent

US customs/immigration have a 10k leaving the country without declaration limit.

Thai allows up to 20k coming in

You can bring as much as you want as long as it's legal and declared though.

Thai child "custodian" visa is difficult as in many offices you would have to have sole custody.

Some offices will bend with 50%.

If the child is under 7 yrs you would have to go through the courts to obtain an order.

If over 7 may be able to go to local Amphur for a document.

The easiest path would be DTV

prove funds.

Enroll in a soft program, muay thai, cooking whatever.

This gives you 6 mths multi entry.

It is a leisure visa so doesn't matter if you go to whatever

And you only need a contract for maybe 6 Mos and are given a 5 yr visa.

By your own account you do

not have the 800k and will not be able to qualify on your own.

You will.have to pay to get an agent to help with bank account.

Then you will need an agent to fix your 800k issue.

You will be trapped on the agent wheel.

The UK embassies do not endorse income, so you cannot use that method to get your visa.

To qualify you will need the 800k the first year and simultaneously deposit 65k per month for 12 months without fail to qualify the 2nd year for income method.

If you use an agent you will not qualify for the 2nd year as you did not have the money in the first place.

So will use an agent, again and again.
