TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking information about applying for a marriage visa in Phuket, Thailand, after getting married in the UK. They mention needing their marriage certificate certified by the Thai embassy in London and translated into Thai. A commenter clarified that an original marriage certificate is sufficient and does not need to be certified. They also mentioned needing a koror 22 form from the local Amphur office. For additional information, they recommended checking the website piv-phuket.com or seeking assistance from volunteers at a local office.

In Phuket you need your original marriage certificate, does not have to be in Thai or certified.

You will need a koror 22 from the local Amphur.

All the information you need for Phuket can be found at piv-phuket.com

Or go to room 204 and speak with the volunteers at the entrance and can explain exactly what you need.
