Solid package plan

Vietnam is excellent You won’t have time to do a train ride from N to S or vice versa but quite enjoyed Saigon & Hoi Ann (did flight). Was my 1st choice in residing countries prior Thailand.

That’s pretty low average should be $3,000 USD after rent.

in America it’s mainly Hispanics but no doubt Chinese included & as of Covid, there’s a huge hatred towards the Koreans, the India-ans; and not to forget the Muslims.

That’s my take as of last visit that included being stuck in California for Covid & BLM riots. Right now the fanatics of every group are coming out of the woodwork. Also beware most Americans are ignorant of Thailand and have a very Left judgmental take on all Thais due to Google/ YouTube media. Just saying but definitely stay away from the Democrat States & probably Texas too.

with that statement, “she gets the bill”, then yes you’re getting scammed the same way farangs whom stay in apartments do. Crazy how thais love to screw foreigners. Better to move and either rent from a (flat rate) guesthouse or rent a condo.

that’s in every country, not the ‘exempt’ abuse, but scammers. But seriously, those scammers you mention don’t need be in country to con people. ‘Exempt’ people probably have more privacy to commit crimes with little notice.

Still believe they should get rid of the exempt policy & rid the system of all these people looking only to exploit that policy. So, so ridiculously easy to just get a visa.

thanks, was curious but my SS planned age is 5 years away though already a full-timer in Thailand. That SS will help balance the huge post Covid inflation.

I actually didn’t read past the first sentence, then skimmed. It just looked detailed enough and where the money comes from doesn’t matter. Thai immigration just likes paperwork. At my immigration, I needed the letter but wasn’t a problem, an annoyance yes, an additional hour sitting outside in 34 degree (celsius) heat with just overhead fans and millions of tiny flies and not to forget the mosquitoes.
