You win for the most number of documents requested after submission.

No need for agent bro. You either have the paperwork or not. Super easy to apply online.

Most likely this. I submitted my trading account with 1mil+ and they refused. But they did ask me to submit document again - which I did with savings account. I am surprised they didn’t give you the chance to resubmit docs.

yes and that is the mandate of the MFA. Which is different to the mandate of immigration who ultimately has the last say. Let’s wait and see.

Sounds odd. Your job/work situation is the prime target. Maybe that is not why your were rejected? What did you show for financials?

Hello mate. For questionable ED visas, they pull people aside, go into a separate area and asked them questions like “can you speak Thai”? “What is the name of your teacher?” etc. Failing this, they would not grant permission. This was very common and I know few people who got rejected this way.

imo, this visa is cooked. No chance it will continue on in current form with all the unintended applications. Thailand will kill it or they’ll make you resubmit all documents upon re-entry/extension.

Just write a letter of certification from your company on a company letterhead stating you are employed and can work remotely. Doesn’t have the be complicated wording, mine was literally just bullet points.

Why 180 days and not 185 days? Why 5 years not 6? Why anything at all?
