the answer is that Indians are not discriminated against when applying for visas to the usa. In fact, they are a favored group

There is a strong Indian community in Bangkok,, but they keep to themselves and help each other. There are also Indians born in Thailand, so they are thai citizens. You'll be fine once you arrive. But there are some thais that are bigoted towards Indians.. And think and say bigoted things about Indians. Dark skin people are not favored by many thais.
