TLDR : Answer Summary
Travelers to Thailand generally do not need specific vaccinations unless coming from a country with a risk of Yellow Fever, in which case proof of vaccination is mandatory. While COVID-19 vaccinations are not strictly required, visitors without a vaccine may face quarantine upon arrival. It's advised to be up-to-date on routine vaccines such as Hepatitis A & B and Tetanus, especially if planning to visit remote areas. Dengue and Chikungunya are also prevalent in some regions, so mosquito protection is recommended.

Besides the covid vaccination requirements if you wish to enter with little or no quarantine.

If you happen to be from or have travelled through a country that has risk of Yellow Fever (list here:

0a30d ) you MUST have proof of being vaccinated for it before being allowed into the country.

Other than that there are no requirements to have any vaccinations to be allowed into the country.

If you are visiting one of the many tourists spots like Bangkok, Phuket, Chiang Mai etc there isn’t really a need for any. You should probably check you are up to date for Tetanus and Hep A/B but that is general vaccine stuff not specific to Thailand.

If you are planning to visit some of the more remote areas or jungles of Thailand then you may want to research further as to what to get.

Dengue fever & Chikungunya (similar symptoms to Dengue) Is prevalent in many areas of Thailand, but there isn’t really a vaccine for it, so just make sure you use lots of mosquito spray to ward them off. Sunrise and Sunset is when the mosquitos are most active.

Check with your health provider to see what they recommend.

Totally wrong! Covid vaccination is NOT mandatory at all. You can enter Thailand without being vaxed, you just have to quarantine.

no, it's a fact, it's not a vaccine and it does not work. You get covid, you spread covid, you can even die from the side effects of covid, but its a treatment and you need a booster every 4 months.

That is not a vaccine, it is a biological warfare weapon used to kill old people, blame it on young people and control people thru the use of emergency powers and vaccine passports. Correct me if I'm wrong. BTW the side effects of the so called vaccine are horrible and have killed many and injured many.

its not mandatory. Its optional. You can enter without but have to follow different procedure. That's why you're asked if you have been vaccinated.

Assuming you don't mean Covid vaccines, you really don't need anything else. I don't understand why people think Thailand is some exotic place when most people are just heading to Bangkok or Phuket and would never think to ask the same question if they were going to Tokyo or Rome or any other developed metropolis.
