Havent sent from Revolut for years but just checked and I put on with just the numbers. But you are better using Revolut to fund Wise transfer as your receiving Thai bank will charge you as if an international payment. It also takes 3-4 days for the payment to arrive whereas Wise is instant.
Most Thai insurers are full policy payment but some accept quarterly.
Nearly all(not just Thai) insurers will require you pay for outpatient(I guess this is what you mean by ‘incident’) costs first and then reimburse if covered under policy.
