Of course the 60-day covid extension was made for those who are at the end of the extension possibilities granted by their status and cannot leave the country.

So you will get the 30-day normal extension first, then you can apply for the covid extension if it's still available.

There is no covid visa. There is a temporary special extension of stay granted because of the fact that traveling is uneasy during covid crisis.

there is no country but there is a "European visa" (Schengen visa). They have to apply for that visa at the embassy of the country where they will stay the longer.

David Broadfoot if you are in Thailand and you can't work in Thailand, you're not working. Remember those laws were made in the 60s when internet didn't exist and traveling wasn't so easy.
