Of course the 60-day covid extension was made for those who are at the end of the extension possibilities granted by their status and cannot leave the country.

So you will get the 30-day normal extension first, then you can apply for the covid extension if it's still available.

I think Phuket will want you to take your 30 extension first then you can try for the Covid extension if it's still available then
