I would have thought my Thai gf would have had her pass immediately. Surely they can't refuse her so what is the wait for. If they refuse I shall contact the uk home office and apply for asylum as a rejected Thai national.

I'm flying 14th , sent my application on 1st heard nothing. Used outlook and my Hotmail account. I have no problem sending it again on a Gmail after reading the problems people are having. Is there any problems with applying twice.

I applied first with a hotmail email and heard nothing just the green success tick. So I applied again with a Gmail and instantly received a confirmation email. Now just waiting for the QR pass.

I did the same and this trick didn't work for me. Now, I was snapping a photo of a printed paper of the QR code instead of a screenshot of the QR code. But I am sure if this was crucial Thai Immigration would have told us this.

Apply again, a lot has been fixed since Monday. I received the pass in 2 minutes after cropping the vaccine QR code. It was my third attempt.

It's the not knowing that is the major issue. People getting stressed as flight dates approach. You don't know if your application has disappeared into an abyss or is just waiting to be processed. At least with the COE you could look up the application progress.

Me and my friends did in exactly the same way, if the Qr-code is in good quality and “cut in the right way”, you will pass in a few minutes by a robot.

I applied in Monday, again this evening, no success. One hour after my last attempt I tried this way and hop! Pass in the box. Same for my friend.

Maybe there is something else in your file that the robot decided a human should check.

my understanding is that if nothing looks strange, the robot send the pass. If the robot is not sure, it will pass the file to a human for further check.
