How can I obtain a re-entry visa in Chiang Mai if the immigration office is closed on weekends?

You do understand that it is able to be purchased in advance and is valid until your visa expires.

Allow yourself an extra hour to get it done, because if you don't have a re-entry you start your visa process from scratch.
