Is the CAPTCHA function broken on the Online reporting page for immigration in Thailand?

It seems the CAPTCHA function on the Online reporting page is broken. So whilst online reporting is up, you can't use it because you can't submit without the CAPTCHA function at the bottom.

I think they decided the online system made it too easy to report, and they feared lost revenues form late reports.

It comes up ok in Edge! Maybe they are upgrading it to current browsers?
