I think passport and rental contract, maybe a Google pin. In Chiang Mai it's a pretty simple process with the team in the back office.

You can self report at immigration.

There's a basic 20 year version of the Elite visa for 1 million. Bonus is you can go the 5 year version first for 600k, then upgrade easily if everything is still going nicely for you to be in Thailand. Let me know if you want more information.

Just a normal tourist visa is the best option to get into Thailand. There's lots of flexibility to get off it.

unfortunately a lot of health care workers got stupid amounts of viral load without access to the basic medicines used for the last 50 years.

Maybe they should have all been put on Ivermectin, Hydroxychloroquine, and basic antibiotics, but they were wrongly labelled "dangerous" by MSM. Simple, cheap medicines actually tested on humans.
