It's very vague and I'm waiting on supporting documents as per article 10 of the gazette from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. These documents were supposed to be shared with the consulates and uploaded to social media.

Renew indefinitely if your circumstances don't change.

OA is an option for multiple one year entries if you have insurance coverage until the expiration date which is a year after approval date.

O visa is generally 90 days single entry.
