When is the right time to transfer funds for an O-A visa in Thailand?

If you leave Thailand and come back before the day your visa enter before date you can get nearly 2 years out of this visa. You then only have to have the money in the bank 2 months before that visa expires.

What are the current visa and entry requirements for traveling from Bali to Thailand?

Bali's Thai consulate cannot give visas. Now you have to travel to Jakarta. It's not an easy visa run option anymore for Thailand.
