may I ask what they are looking for on the tax returns? I ask because if a pension just went over $80K or some is non taxable income is that an issue?

Mine was not and no one ever asked.

Depends on where you are going. In Pattaya Bangkok Hospital is a direct billing FMP provider.

I haven’t done it yet but was told by those who have once you have signed up through the international insurance section when you get seen for a service connected condition you just sign your name and go on your way.

Also, as stated already if you get a Non O visa no insurance is required.
