my experience as well. It’s the only hospital I have been to in Pattaya for the last 8 years and have always been spoken to in English and presented any documentation in 100% English.

Can I expect delays and taxes on DHL documents sent to Thailand?

I have had documents sent from America quite a few times via DHL and FedEx and have never been delayed or taxed.

It usually takes about 3-5 days and is hand delivered.

I would advise making sure the sender puts your phone number on the shipping label because they will call you for delivery.

Better safe than sorry, naturally. Great advice already given.

Just wanted to add that in 25+ years of going in and out of Thailand (and 30+ other countries) with prescription medication I have never even been approached about any, even when I was inspected.

I did this at CW but it was 2 years ago. They said by mail it will be 2 weeks for 200 baht. Or one hour for 1000 baht.
