Steve Barsalou. No worries. You can find the form in this useful list. In Bangkok you can also do the TM30 by mail. You send registered mail and enclose a registered self addressed envelope so the slip gets sent back to you. In the days when you had to do a new TM30 every time you went to the 7-11 (yeah I'm exaggerating, but you know what I mean), I'd use the mail in method. Saved traipsing to CW and sitting in a queue for three hours waiting for something that took five minutes to do. Just make sure the posting date is within the 24 hour period, and take photos of the post receipt, the envelope, the return envelope, and even the guy at the post office if you like. It would take anything between 2-3 weeks before I got my slip back, but it always worked
