The seasoning of 800k must be 2mths not 60days example 05june bankin and apply only after 05aug....the earliest to do 1yr extension is 45-30days before 90days expiry (depending on some office) ...you can do your 1yr extension on the very last day (not recommended) just in case u missed some docs ....its better to do the extension 1 or 2 weeks before your expiry

I'm not sure is it the same as I've transfer my nonO retirement stamp from old passport to new passport....I collected my new passport at the embassy in bkk and they also issued a letter stating the change .....bring letter and both passports to CW get a queue number and they transferred some entry stamps and the latest valid stamp and also the re entry permit on to the new passport hope this helps

Most ppl apply for nonO instead of nonOA without the insurance requirement and get local insurance after arriving in thailand

Are u able to make deposit or transfer? If its been froze....u still can use Wise to transfer funds to your landlord's thai acct

If u already have a thai bank acct then the answer is YES...u can bankin the requirement funds and apply for the nonO inside thailand....if u do not have a thai bank acct den u need to apply the nonO outside thailand with overseas funds and travel to thailand after approval to open a thai bank acct......currently its almost impossible to open a thai bank acct with tourist visa
