Does anybody have an up-to-date list of required documents regarding the accommodation for the extension of the 1 year non-o retirement visa when you rent a condo from a private owner? There are several suggestions flying around, including

- copy of lease (I guess thats a given)

- landlords ID

- landlords house registration book

- property deed/proof of ownership of the landlord

- photos of building (inside, outside)

Obviously copies, but do they have to be signed by the owner?

Thanks in advance!

TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend a 1-year Non-O retirement visa while renting a condo from a private owner in Thailand, you typically need a copy of the lease agreement, signed copies of the landlord's ID, the house registration book, and proof of ownership (like a property deed). Additionally, some immigration offices may require photos of the property, including both inside and outside views. However, requirements can vary by immigration office, so it's advisable to confirm specifics with your local immigration officer. This ensures you have the most accurate and up-to-date information.

The only people that can give you the correct answer is the immigration officers at the immigration office you will be applying at. Dont try and second guess there requirements ask them

Why don’t you just ask your immigration?
