Does anybody have an up-to-date list of required documents by Bangkok ImmigrationDivision 1 regarding the accommodation for the extension of the 1 year non-o retirement visa when you rent a condo from a private owner? There are several suggestions flying around, including
- copy of lease (I guess thats a given)
- landlords ID
- landlords house registration book
- property deed/proof of ownership of the landlord
- photos of building (inside, outside)
Obviously copies, but do they have to be signed by the owner? (This is only about the accommodation related documents, the rest I know already.) Thanks in advance!

The only people that can give you the correct answer is the immigration officers at the immigration office you will be applying at. Dont try and second guess there requirements ask them
Thb, I never expected that to work. But maybe I am to pessimistic (based on experiences also from my own country lol), so actually, following your suggestion, I just send them an email. They have one gmail address for the whole of Division 1 though, so I'm not overly optimistic. This said, have a managed to get comprehensive answers from them via email before?
