TLDR : Answer Summary
To transfer a Non-B visa stamp to a new passport at Chaeng Watthana, you need to present your new passport and the old passport that contains the visa and re-entry permit. It's advisable to also bring a letter issued by your embassy confirming the change. While the exact waiting time can vary, getting a queue number is necessary for this service.
I'm not sure is it the same as I've transfer my nonO retirement stamp from old passport to new passport....I collected my new passport at the embassy in bkk and they also issued a letter stating the change .....bring letter and both passports to CW get a queue number and they transferred some entry stamps and the latest valid stamp and also the re entry permit on to the new passport hope this helps
