Need to check with your IO.....some office need affidavit from embassy and some dont...some will tell you because of your passport u can't use the 65k method unless have affidavit to support

Go the the DLT in Chiang mai with your passport, residency cert, medical cert.......if you have a home motorbike licence u don't not need to go tru the whole process (theory test, practical test)

It depends what visa you are holding....and most of the time the bank choose us ....some are already happy that they can have one without the help of agent it doesnt matter which bank ....at the current situation most will avoid bkk bank

I did this at CW bkk with both passports and a letter from enbassy stating the change of passport no bank statements required....check with your IO that you are transfering the stamps do they need bank statements...
