ORIGINAL POSTERDoes anybody have an up-to-date list of required documents by Bangkok ImmigrationDivision 1 regarding the accommodation for the extension of the 1 year non-o retirement visa when you rent a condo from a private owner? There are several suggestions flying around, including
- copy of lease (I guess thats a given)
- landlords ID
- landlords house registration book
- property deed/proof of ownership of the landlord
- photos of building (inside, outside)
Obviously copies, but do they have to be signed by the owner? (This is only about the accommodation related documents, the rest I know already.) Thanks in advance!
