Thank you! And yes, I had noticed that and was a bit concerned I might be rejected. So I’m thrilled I was approved 🎊

Awesome! Mine just got approved in Sydney - took slightly longer and it was nerve-wracking!

Congrats 🎊

Anonymous participant I put in my flight number in the field that requested it, but was not required to upload the booking confirmation document.

Each stay is 180 days at a time - it's a five year multiple entry visa but for up to 180 days each stay (you can just border run every 180 days). You should just put anything up to 179 days in that section to be safe.

Anonymous participant Thanks so much 🙂 I appreciate that info, I think I will do the same and send it all and compress as you did.

Congrats! I will be applying through Sydney sometime in the next week or so. Good to know the processing time for yours.

Did you send all pages of your four months of bank statements? I have had more than the required 500,000 BHT for a long time, and I'm happy to send them all of the statements from the past six or so months but it will be over 30 pages with all the transactions listed 😱 So I'm not sure if I could just send the closing balances for each month.

Yes - for DTV. This is the Sydney Australia Consulate. They confirmed in an email to me last week. But I know that there are other embassies that don't accept Thai language courses to support DTVs. There may be others besides Sydney who do, it's worth reaching out to check with your local embassy.

I know that the Sydney, Australia Consulate recognises Thai language courses under the soft power category, but am not aware of other embassies that do.
