No bankstatement for non o based on marriage? I always thought they required that in penang. I know they do for a non o based on being a parent of Half Thai child.

What visa is it? I believe the royal thai embassy in L.A, will do visa's in 1 business day. By person. Or 15 days by mail.

The multiple entry doesnt get transferred over, as it is a visa given by a consulate, not immigration in thailand. So you sill need to carry both passports with u.
