TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual is inquiring about the implications of overstaying their Visa on Arrival in Thailand for a few hours, as they have a flight scheduled early on the 16th day of their stay. Community responses suggest that a short overstay of less than 24 hours is generally manageable, with the overstay fine likely waived and no significant issues encountered at immigration when departing.

As a general rule when flying out on an overstay of under 24 hours they waive the 500baht fine and don't put a big overstay stamp in your passport. They just put a stamp in thai that says overstay under 24 hours fine waived.
