TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation highlights skepticism regarding the reliability of information found on the Royal Thai Consulate Hull's website. A comment suggests that the information may be entirely false, cautioning against trusting any Thai consulate located outside Thailand for visa-related inquiries, as they operate independently from immigration offices within Thailand.

Totally FAKE and there is nothing in thai immigration rules that states that not one word. :/

Pro Tip, NEVER EVER trust a thai consulate (in another country) about anything to do with entering or getting an extension inside of thailand

AND

NEVER EVER trust a thai immigration office (inside the country) about anything to do with getting a visa from a consulate outside of thailand.

They are two totally different governmental agencies and have nothing to do with each other.
