Is It Possible to Run a Border to Kanchanaburi on the Weekend?

Dear All, I plan to do a run border to Kanchanburi. Does anyone know if it is possible during the week end (coming Saturday or Sunday?).

You must make a visa to Myanmar if you want it to work ,I think ,I don't know if they make you a visa there or just let you in for the day
