Evening group. Has anyone had issues with the 65,000 Thai Baht monthly deposit method to renew your retirement visa? I have my Retirement Visa and have since been depositing over 65k baht into my thai bank account since having my Visa.

Has anyone had issue with renewing the retirement visa with this method at Phuket immigration?

Due to a family situation i had to leave Thailand and couldn't come back before my visa expired.

So when I came back I had to restart the whole process.

I went to immigration on April 1st to apply for the 90 days Non immigrant O visa.

Handed over all the required documents (i had to go back to the bank for proof of international transfer )

They said to come back 15 days later.

I did came back after Sonkran. They said the visa was not ready.

Went back this morning and after a 1 hour wait, they said it was still not ready and that we should come back next friday.

I came back to Thailand on a 60 days exemption visa.

It expired today.

They said that since I was applying for a new visa it wouldn't be a problem.

But what if my visa is declined ?

Is the delay normal ? (considering it was Sonkran )

Should i be worried ?

I would like to know whether my DTV (valid till 2029) is still valid even if I changed to non-B visa.

The reason is I am thinking of quitting from the job and they will cancel my non-B visa immediately after I resigned.

At that time, can I re enter Thailand with DTV?

Please correct my understanding ,guys.

What’s required for extension at Patong Immigration office? Typically I’ve found this office to be very relaxed with their requirements on things, but not sure when it comes to DTV.

I want an extension for my non-marriage visa...can I do that in any province or only where I registered TM30 on a local address?

Hi my Belgium passport is due for renewal,if I get new one obviously gonna have to hand in current one with my non o visa stamps..Will that be a problem when I arrive in bkk with new passport without stamps or will it show on their pc I do have a visa?I m was planning to tranfer visa when I get there..any thoughts guys

Not me but a friend, didn’t wait for their visa (HCMC) and reentered TH on 60-day visa exempt on 7/12, received the visa on 11/12. Today they did a border run at Ranong/Kawthoung and it went without any issues.

Has anyone extended their soft-power DTV yet after 6 months? What documents were you asked?

Has anyone with the DTV left Thailand and re entered with it? And is there anything to prepare, or enter as usual?
