What is the best option for a health insurance in thailand on a DTV? Especially for someone taking place in many physical activites which need to be covered too.

Should I purchase local health insurance from nowconpare.com (e.g. Regency) before arrival on a DTV or after arrival using a local agent?

It’s more because I need to get annual medical insurance, and there are so many options that I get overwhelmed.
