Hi guys, due to covid i lost my freshly joined new job and will finish on 30 April, however my Non Immigrant B is until 13 May. Is it still valid until that date or it will automatically stop on the 30 April?

Also, how can i have an extension of 3 months, any way to have it without leaving the country?

I have recently joined a start-up in Singapore & they are fine with me splitting time between Thailand & Singapore. I am on an Australian passport but want to keep my base in Thailand & would travel between here & Singapore regularly, and don't want the risk of just using VISA exempts or messing around with tourist VISAs etc I also don't want to have to return to Australia if possible.

Looking at VISA options I am thinking the only real option is the Thai Elite VISA. Am I correct on this?

How long can you stay if your work visa gets cancelled....if they cancel it on a Friday do you have the next Monday since that is the next working day if it is a 24hr thing?
